Study objective: to determine the clinical and diagnostic features of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) in women reproductive age with extragenital pathology.Materials methods. The study involved a retrospective assessment 400 case histories aged AUB who underwent inpatient treatment.The main group (I) consisted 300 concomitant disorders, control (II) 100 somatically healthy AUB. An ultrasound scan Doppler mapping was performed assess pelvic organs. All hysteroscopy and/or separate curettage further morphological endometrium.Results. most common disorder diseases circulatory system endocrine system, digestive system. 123 patients (41%) had hypertension obesity, 76 (25.3%) – obesity varicose veins, 53 (17.6%) somatoform autonomic dysfunction chronic gastritis, 39 (13%) diabetes mellitus, 24 (8%) gastritis obesity. complicated by anemia varying severity 176 (58.6%) women.
